A wanted criminal suspected of committing other offences while on licence from prison "steals without conscience", police have warned.
Lee Lynch, aged 50, was convicted of 143 offences - including many where he prised open changing room lockers at leisure centres and taking cash and mobile phones.
On some occasions, he even stole car keys and drove off in the car.
PC Paul Dempsey appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
Lynch has twice failed to appear at court to answer these charges, so we are appealing to the public to assist in tracing him.
His offending history shows that he has little regard for other people’s property and will steal without conscience.
He is suspected of committing a string of other offences while on licence, including other thefts and drugs offences, but never appeared at court.
