Two men are being questioned by police in Leicestershire as part of an investigation into weapons being smuggled into the UK.
The operation was launched after Border Force agents intercepted international packages containing pepper spray, which is classed as a firearm.
The men, aged 30 and 31, were arrested after officers raided two addresses in Leicester and one in Stony Stanton.
