Meet the Wright family....

16 siblings (10 sisters, 6 brothers)...

They have 44 children, 46 grandchildren an 5 great grandchildren between them....

And have a combined age of 1,115 years.

*But are they the oldest siblings in the world? *

The family who live in Long Clawson near Melton Mowbray think they might be.

The 16 siblings were born between 1934 and 1952 to James Wright and his wife Florence. Their first child died aged six months.

Ken (80), Marion (78), Joyce (77), Leslie (75), Joan (74), Malcolm (73), Margery (72), Kathleen (69), Barbara (68), John (67), Pat (66), Ellen (65), David and Sylvia (twins, 64), Janet (62), Clifford (61).

They family have now been invited to apply for a Guinness World Record.
