Former Nottingham Forest captain has turned down the chance to go back to the club as a manager.
Speaking to talkSPORT he said:
I've had a chat with them but at this moment in time, for personal reasons, I've decided not to take it any further.
After playing for the club for 12 years he said there was an 'emotional pull' but felt he was not the man after holding talks with chairman Fawaz Al Hasawi.
