In order to secure promotion, The Foxes need Queens Park Rangers to lose at Bournemouth and near rivals Derby County to fail to win away to Middlesbrough.
After the match boss Nigel Pearson said: "The bottom line is that although it’s not mathematically done yet, it’s going to be exceptionally hard for anybody to win all their games to catch us."
