A minute's silence will be held in Nottingham's Old Market Square at 3:07pm to remember those killed in the Hillsborough disaster 25 years ago.
96 people died during an FA Cup semi-final between Liverpool and Nottingham Forest in 1989.
A book of condolence has been opened at Forest's City Ground.
