Stephen: 'Best way to help myself is to help others'

Staffordshire teenager Stephen Sutton, who is close to raising a million pounds for the Teenage Cancer Trust, told ITV News Central in December that being diagnosed with bowel cancer aged 15 "made me realise I wanted to do something with my life".

The inspirational teenager dedicated his life to "spreading kindness" and inspiring others, as he explains in this interview about his involvement with the Fixers organisation.
