A man convicted of illegally possessing a gun and ammunition has escaped from prison.
Keiron Staff was serving a five-year sentence for the crime when he left HMP Sudbury in Derbyshire on Saturday.
He is 30 years old, black, 5ft 8ins tall, and slim, with short shaved hair, a beard and moustache.
He talks with a Midlands accent and his last known address was in Nottingham.
Anyone with information on where he is urged not to approach him but to contact police immediately on 101.
