Madeleine search: British police arrive at waste land

In the last few minutes British police have arrived at waste land in Praia da Luz in Portugal.

Officers will be carrying out searches in the area as part of the investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann from Rothley in Leicestershire.

ITV News Central reporter Gareth Owen understands that ground-penetrating radar equipment is also currently being transported to the scene.
