Two people have had a lucky escape after part of a house collapsed in Kings Norton, in Birmingham.
ITV News Central understands they were working outside the back of the property in Beaks Hill Road, when part of the structure came down, at about 3.30pm this afternoon.
Buildings inspectors are expected to survey the house to try to find out what happened.
The fire service and police attended, and nobody was injured.
