Two people are to due to appear in court in Birmingham today, accused of holding four men in slavery.
West Midlands Police said four men were found in squalid conditions at a property in Alum Rock Road, Birmingham, on 6 January this year.
54-year-old Vasilica Panaghita, of Alum Rock Road, and Cristian Panaghita, who is 31, of Cotterills Lane, Ward End, are facing charges brought under the Criminal Law Act.
They are expected to appear for a plea hearing at Birmingham Crown Court today.
