A man from Coventry has been jailed for stealing nearly £40,000 from church collection boxes over a period of six years.
Stefan Bodnarczuk used metal implements with sticky ends to lift coins out of the boxes while the churches were empty.
The 55-year-old has now been jailed for 20 months for stealing from church donation boxes across three counties.
