Concerns over queues at Birmingham's Pakistani Commission

Hundreds of people say they have been queuing since the early hours of the morning outside the Pakistani High Commission in Birmingham to get paperwork for travel, but they are being turned away.

This mobile phone footage was taken by one of our viewers waiting for essential travel documents.

Our cameras were there this morning, where dozens were angry that only 50 appointments are made each day through a raffle ticket system. Ladywood MP Shabana Mahmood says that system has real problems.

No spokesperson was available for comment from the High Commission.
