ITV News Central has found that some British Pakistanis waiting for essential travel documents at the Pakistani High Commission in Birmingham are waiting more than three-hours for an appointment, only to be sent home.
We spoke to some of them in the queue on Constitution Hill in Birmingham today, but no officials were available to comment.
