A toddler from Walsall who went missing with his mother has been returned home safe and well following a police appeal.
West Midlands Police made a direct appeal to the mother of Alfie Rogers, Jessica Simpson, to make contact after the pair went missing on Friday afternoon.
The 30-year-old had taken the youngster from his grandmother's house in Bloxwich where he usually lives. The pair then failed to return and were reported missing.
Alfie was dropped off at a relative's address at around 4pm today.
