'Wish list' of charity worker heading to Nepal

A Guernsey charity worker is heading to Nepal to help with the humanitarian effort in the wake of Saturday’s earthquake.

Sarah Griffiths, the founder of the Bridge2 charities, is meeting with a Spanish team of medics in Istanbul before heading to Nepal on the 11th May. She is looking for people to donate to a ‘wish list’ of needed items.

So far, the charity has raised £44,500.

Bridge2 helps people in countries affected by natural disasters.
