Star-gazers are gathering in Sark this weekend for the island's autumn Starfest.
The weekend event sees professional astronomers and complete novices getting together to make the most of the celestial views on offer from the world's first official 'dark sky island'.
The lack of light pollution in Sark means the views are among the most spectacular on the planet.
The event is weather-proof as an indoor planetarium has been created for Starfest.
Expert photographer Sue Daly will be explaining how to take pictures of the sky at night.
You can find out more about the event, and the island's star-gazing community here.
