A woman charged in connection with the death of three-year-old Clinton Pringle will have her case heard at Jersey's Royal Court.
Rebekah Le Gal, 38, is charged with death by dangerous driving following the incident next to Jersey's Millennium Town Park in June.
Ms Le Gal is accused of driving a van dangerously on Tunnel Street and hitting the young boy.
Three year old Clinton was on holiday, visiting family in the island when he died from his injuries.
Appearing at Jersey's Magistrate's Court today, Ms Le Gal reserved her plea and was bailed until her next appearance on 20th December.
Assistant Magistrate, Peter Harris, presiding, said the case should be heard at Jersey's Royal Court.
The charge of death by dangerous driving carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.
