Local businesses say they are being priced out of the Havre Des Pas Festival, after a huge increase in fees.
One stall holder claims they are being asked to pay an extra £700 to be there.

Robin Vanguard has set up a petition to try to make sure young people on-island still get a chance to perform.
But, organisers insist that without price increases the event "couldn't happen".
Deputy Judy Martin told ITV News using local entertainers is still "very much at the heart" of what they want to do.
She's invited concerned parties to their next meeting on 6 April.
