The Queen's Commonwealth Baton was welcomed into Jersey today.
It was handed over from Wales to the Channel Islands last week as part of its journey to the Gold Coast Games in Queensland, Australia.
It has already visited Guernsey, Alderney, Herm and Sark and will culminate its journey around the Islands in Jersey.
The Baton has been touring the globe for the last six months ahead of next year's Games and carries a message from Her Majesty the Queen to participating athletes.
It will spend four days in Jersey before making its way to Gibralter for the next leg of it's journey.
