The trial of the man accused of murdering Guernsey woman Sarah Groves has faced yet more delays.

Richard de Wit, who denies murder, was not brought to court today for what was the 103rd hearing.

The judge has indicated that a special hearing may go ahead tomorrow.

The newly appointed prosecutor Mohammad Sultan told the British High Commission in Delhi that he is seeking police assistance to take action against witnesses who do not show up at court following summons.
