Plans to demolish the swimming pool and cable car system at Fort Regent could cost £3.5 million, if approved.

A planning application to remove the aerial walkway, derelict swimming pool and cable car station was put forward in September.

Figures released from a Freedom of Information (FOI) request by ITV News, show that asbestos removal and CCTV installation will contribute to the £3.5 million.
