Guernsey's prison population is at its highest level since January 2015.
November saw 106 people at Les Nicolles.
That figure includes both convicted offenders and prisoners on remand.
The increase has come towards the end of this year. During the first 7 months of 2017 the average prison population stayed below 90.
New figures also show most offenders are in prison for drug crimes followed by sexual offences.
Sexual offences are the main reason for first-time custodial sentences.
Most of those in prison right now are men, but there are also 7 women currently at Les Nicolles.
