The UK minister responsible for the Crown Dependencies is visiting Guernsey on his first official visit to the island.
Lord Keen wants to learn about current issues facing the island.
He is also set to spend a day in Alderney and Sark.
Lord Keen is also the UK Ministry of Justice spokesperson for the House of Lords which he was appointed to in 2016.
He became the chairman of the Scottish Conservative Party in 2013 before becoming the Advocate General for Scotland in May 2015.
