Disaster Relief Fund opened

Guernsey's Bailiff has opened a special Disaster Relief Fund to help islanders donate to the relief effort. The purpose of the fund is to act as a focus for Guernsey donations in support of fund raising initiatives promoted by the Disasters Emergency Committee.
