Changes to Easter recycling collection in Guernsey

Recycling collection in Guernsey is to be revised over the Easter Period, starting from tonight.

Changes in parts of St Sampson and St Peter Port will affect 4,000 to 5,000 households over the next couple of weeks.

Only households which put out recycling on a Thursday or Sunday night, for collection the following morning, will be affected.

There will be no collections in either parish on Good Friday or Easter Monday.

All other parishes will have their normal collections over Easter.

More information on the revised arrangements can be found here.
