Islanders' reaction to England's Euro 2016 exit

'Total rubbish from a bunch of school boys...'

That's how England's footballing performance has been described by islanders in Jersey.

Many were left disappointed by a 2-1 defeat to Iceland - the smallest nation ever to grace a major tournament.

The country's early exit from the contest saw manager, Roy Hodgson, resign.

But while England fans mourn the loss, Jersey's icelandic community is still celebrating making the semi-finals.
