GcMAF creator to appear before Southwark Crown Court next month

David Noakes, the creator of the controversial drug GcMAF, will appear before Southwark Crown Court next month.

The former Guernsey resident is being prosecuted by the Specialist Fraud Division of the Crown Prosecution Service for a number of offences.

Noakes was charged in July with conspiracy to manufacture a medicinal product without a licence.

He appeared before Folkestone Magistrates Court yesterday and is now on conditional bail.
