The Guinness World Records 2013 Book is published today and of course people from the North West have been showcasing their weird and wonderful talents. So what have we got to be proud of?
World Freestyle Champion John Farnworth from Preston enters the book once again despite having a number of records. He achieved the most football touches with the toes in one minute.
So what else did we do this year in the North West? Well we have the fastest marathon dressed as a nun, the largest jacket, tallest costume worn running in a marathon, first woman to race in the British Superbike Championship.
Guinness World Records book was first published in 1955 and has sold more than 120 million copies to date in over 100 countries.
