Burnley FC has confirmed a compensation package has been agreed with AFC Bournemouth over the departure of manager Eddie Howe.
Howe has today left Turf Moor, citing personal and family reasons.
Just this morning, Burnley announced they had rejected an 'unsolicited and unwanted' approach from Bournemouth for Howe, 34.
Howe left Bournemouth to take up the manager's post at Turf Moor in 2011, replacing Brian Laws.
Burnley currently sit 16th in the Championship - 11 points behind the leaders Cardiff City.
