Six men have been charged as a result of raids carried out by the North West Regional Organised Crime Unit (Titan) across the North West.
Ten men and one woman were arrested on suspicion of a number of offences including drugs, firearms, violence and money laundering following a covert investigation into serious and organised crime.
Officers from Titan, helped by officers from Merseyside, Cheshire and Greater Manchester, executed search warrants in Southport, Ainsdale, Anfield, Wallasey, Huyton, Banks, Aughton, Woodhouses, Hyde and Stockport.
The arrests are linked to the policing operation that saw 13 people charged following warrants executed by the Titan unit across Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and Manchester on September 27.
The six men charged are:
Terence Sergeant, aged 33, of no fixed abode, has been charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs;
Alan Bentley, aged 43, of Eton Court, Northwich, has been charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs;
Mark Higgins, aged 35, of Helston Green, Huyton, has been charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs and offences under the Proceeds of Crime Act;
Daniel Edgar, aged 28, of Medlock Road, Woodhouses, Greater Manchester, has been charged with conspiracy to supply class B drugs;
Julian Solomon, aged 32, of Liverpool Road, Southport, has been charged with grievous bodily harm and possession of a prohibited weapon;
Kevin Dally, aged 43, of Moorbridge Close, Bootle, has been charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm and conspiracy to commit blackmail;
They will all appear at Preston Magistrates' Court on Thursday October 25.
A 43-year-old man from Hyde, who was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs and class B drugs, is still being interviewed by detectives.
