Families pay tribute to two men killed in Radcliffe car crash

The families of two men killed in a fatal road traffic collision have paid tribute to them.

Jack Francis Christian, aged 22 from Bury and Lee James Perris, aged 23, from Radcliffe, died when the Volkswagen Polo they were in overturned and collided with a tree on Bury Road, Radcliffe, near to the Newbank Garden Centre.

Jack’s family paid the following tribute:

“Jack was a much loved son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend to everyone who knew him.

“He was kind hearted, loving and fun.

“He will leave a massive hole in our hearts and lives.”

Lee Perris leaves behind his mother Tracey, sisters Maxine and Samantha, half brothers Joshua and Reece, nephews Finley and Spencer Lee and niece Gracie-Lou.

“Lee loved football and was a massive Manchester United fan.“He had a love of music and would often play his guitar.

“Lee was a sociable person who enjoyed socialising with his large circle of friends.

“He will be deeply missed.”
