Bookmakers say the Hillsborough charity single, "He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother", is odds on favourite to capture the coveted Christmas No.1 spot.
William Hill are quoting odds of 1/50 that the Justice Collective's version of the Hollies' classic will top the festive chart.
Its closest rival, "Impossible" by X Factor's James Arthur, has odds of 12/1. But his winner's single appears to have been outsold by the Hillsborough song.
The Christmas No.1 will be revealed on radio stations nationwide, just before 7pm.
