The parents of a 15-year-old boy from Lancashire who was found hanging have paid tribute to a 'thoughtful, loving, compassionate boy.'
Police and paramedics were called at around 6:50am on April 4th to some land near Camforth Hall Lane in Goosnargh following a report that a boy had been found hanging.
Joshua Unsworth, 15, was pronounced dead at the scene and his family are being supported by specially trained family liaison officers.
Joshua's parents have issued a tribute to their son.
They said: "Our son Joshua was a thoughtful, loving, compassionate boy. We will miss him dearly. We respectfully ask that we are left alone to grieve quietly in peace."
Police say they are in the very early stages of an investigation but the death is not being treated as suspicious.
