It's all change with the weather this weekend, we lose the warm continental airflow and look to the Atlantic for our weather. Low pressure is heading our way, that will dominate everything over the coming days. It will bring us showers and longer spells of rain, a breeze and cooler temperatures too.
For the rest of today we can make the most of the longest day with some sunny spells. This afternoon there is always the chance of a catching a shower especially in Cheshire. It will still feel warm through this afternoon with highs of 20 c especially in the south, further north and along the coast and Isle of Man temperatures will be in the high teens.
This evening cloud will build and wet and windy weather will sweep west to east. It will arrive in the Isle of Man and Irish sea coasts from around 9/10pm before moving into the rest of the region. it will feel mild but not as humid as the past few nights.
Tomorrow will be cloudy and grey for us all with bits and pieces of rain through the morning. It will be windy too. In the afternoon the rain will clear but it will remain cloudy and the rain will be replaced with heavy showers from the South-West. It will feel cooler too than of late too with temperatures dropping to the mid teens.
Sunday will be a day of bright spells, showers in the east and it will remain windy with a fresher feel.
