The family of a teenager who died in a street attack ten years ago are calling for a new law in his name to bring his killers to justice.

Andrew Jones, who was 18, was killed ten years ago while on a night out with friends in Liverpool city centre.

His killer has never been convicted, despite theories that those who witnessed his death built a wall of silence to cover each others’ backs.

Andrew’s mother Christine and dather Andy have launched a petition in support of ‘Andrew’s Law’ – meaning all of the gang would be culpable of the killing.
