The Easter Weekend has begun on a very positive note - dry with much lighter winds and some decent spells of sunshine. But how long can the settled conditions hang on for?
It continues to look like a weekend of two halves - the first half staying mainly fine and dry with some lovely spring sunshine. The second half a little more unsettled.
There will be a gradual decline as the weekend progresses. There remains a degree of uncertainty on how much and how far the weather will deteriorate from the southeast during Sunday, but it will definitely turn cloudier. Winds will be stronger and it will feel cooler with the risk of rain by the end of the day.
Here's your GRANADA forecast for the rest of the weekend........
REST OF GOOD FRIDAY:
It will stay dry with some lovely late evening sunshine and mostly clear skies overnight. Winds will stay light, giving low temperatures and a frost in places. Lows down to 0°C.
It will be another dry day with a good deal of sunshine but cloudier conditions will spread from the east during the afternoon. Maximum Temperature 14 °C.
A dry start on Sunday with some bright or sunny spells to begin. Cloud will build throughout the day, possibly turning wet from the southeast later. Winds will freshen - becoming cold and windy towards dusk. Highs to 14°C.
Unsettled with a mix of showery outbreaks of rain and sunny spells. Breezy with temperatures largely near normal. 12-14°C.
