Thousands of people are expected to line the streets as Liverpool's Giant Spectacular returns from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th July.
The event is one of the nation's landmark commemorations for the centenary of the outbreak of the First World War in August 1914.
The Giants' return follows the success of the Sea Odyssey giants that attracted 800,000 people to the city in 2012.
Royal De Luxe, the French artists behind the huge marionettes, have created Memories of August 1914, which marks a turning point in world history.
The story is being kept under wraps and more will be revealed nearer to the event.
