Johnny Marr - The full interview
Manchester music legend Johnny Marr is preparing for the second of two sell-out nights in his hometown, and says they are the only gigs that make him nervous.
The guitarist, singer and songwriter was behind some of the most recognisable hits of the Manchester scene with The Smiths.
He's played guitar with The The, Modest Mouse, The Cribs and Noel Gallagher and influenced a host of bands.
He spoke to Mike Hall.
Johnny plays the second of two sell-out shows in Manchester tonight (Thursday), at the Albert Hall.
And Johnny was full of praise for his home fans:
Johnny also has a live album in the pipeline, which is out on Friday.
