Hundreds of children in the Cheshire town of Macclesfield have been left disappointed after Santa had to cancel Christmas because there is no room in the main shopping centre for his grotto.
It's the first time in the town's history that there will be no grotto and it has left Santa feeling grotty.
Fed-up Santa, who has made his home in the heart of the town for as long as people can remember, made a desperate appeal through the town's local paper for help.
But he was unable to find a suitable spot for his grotto in the town centre.
His failure to find a home has led him to send out a message to all the children in the town telling them the bad news.
Santa has been meeting kids and handing out presents at the Grosvenor Centre for years, raising thousands of pounds for charities.
But this year he has found himself homeless because there are no available units. The grotto has raised thousands of pounds for charity over the years.
