Manchester United coach, Jose Mourinho, has added another honour to his long list of achievements after having a street in his home town named after him.

Mourinho was in Setúbal on Tuesday for a ceremony attended by local dignitaries. Rua da Saude was renamed Avenida Jose Mourinho in honour of his achievements, including league titles in Portugal, England, Spain and Italy, along with two Champions League titles.

The small port city of Setúbal, south of Lisbon, is home to around 100,00 people.

Mourinho, not usually shy with words, said he was "embarrassed" to be given the honour:

I grew up in Setúbal and to have an avenue with probably the most beautiful view of the sea, of the Troia peninsula, of the castle, it's a fantastic avenue and I feel embarrassed.
