It looks like most trick or treaters in the North West will escape getting blown or washed away as weather conditions look fairly mundane by evening.
Cloud may be thick enough during Tuesday day to produce some rain and drizzle for the Isle of Man, coastline and western slopes of hills. By evening many areas should be dry, albeit mostly cloudy.
The cloudier conditions, and a slight breeze, will help keep conditions from getting too cold.
Temperatures around 7pm will be at between 11-13°C with a 5-10mph SW wind, 15mph for the coasts and hills.
