Peace campaigners due in court after protest at arms fair

Two peace campaigners are expected to appear at Stratford Magistrates court for their role in trying to stop weapons deliveries to the world’s largest arms fair in London’s Docklands.

34 year old Bryony Moore and 42 year old Matt Fawcett, both from Hulme, are charged with "wilful obstruction of the highway" for their part in trying to stop weapons deliveries to the Defence and Security Exhibition International (DSEI) arms fair held last September (2017).
