Temperatures recovering to near normal

SUNDAY:

Staying cloudy through the day with further spells of rain sleet and snow but the snow will become confined to higher ground. Feeling a little less cold. Highs 6°C.

OVERNIGHT:

Mostly cloudy with further spells of rain, sleet and hill snow. Turning drier from the south by the end of the night with some fog and ice developing. Lows 0°C.

MONDAY:

Fog and ice patches clearing during the morning. Some sunny spells developing at times during the day, though a few showers will also develop, falling as snow over the hills. Highs back to the average for early March at 8°C.

OUTLOOK:

It will become milder, although still with the risk of fog, frost and ice overnight. There will be outbreaks of rain and perhaps hill snow, staying rather cloudy but also some brighter spells.
