Rochdale man wins Guinness World Record for tallest tortilla stack

A music venue manager from Greater Manchester has officially won a the Guinness World Record for the tallest stack of tortillas.

The tower was made by Joy Ehsan from Rochdale in August last year. He's now received his world record certificate after a lengthy review process to verify his attempt.

The previous record was set in Texas.

The father of one said he "just wanted to do something a little different."

I hope by bringing this world record from Texas to Manchester, it will inspire other young people to do the same.

It was also an opportunity to show my creativity and human abilities, Like I said, I wanted to do something a little different.
