Goodbye Summer heat as April weather returns

Low tide at Crosby Photo: STEVE MULVILLE

SUNDAY:

Skies brightening a little behind morning rain, although further showers are possible later. Fresher feel.

Clear spells overnight, although a few showers are also likely. Becoming increasingly breezy. Less humid compared to last night but enough of a breeze to stop us getting too low at 7°C.

MONDAY:

Any showers should die out during the morning leaving it dry with some sunshine. However, cloud will thicken from the west during the afternoon with rain arriving again later. Staying breezy. Highs 14°C.

OUTLOOK:

A spell of rain is possible on Tuesday. A mix of sunshine and scattered (locally heavy) showers midweek. Feeling cool in the westerly wind.

Thursday looking drier and brighter at this stage, with fewer showers
