Paddy McGuinness reveals arthritis diagnosis aged just 44

Paddy McGuinness has revealed he is suffering from arthritis at the age of 44 - and needs steroids to treat it.

The Take Me Out presenter from Greater Manchester shared the diagnosis on instagram - with a photo of himself bearing a large plaster on his shoulder, after having an injection to loosen the joint.

Nursing a poorly shoulder today. I had an ultra sound steroid injection in it yesterday.

The reason, arthritis? I'm 44!
