It'll be a five star venue at the Low Wood Hotel between Windermere and Ambleside.

The building will be large enough to accommodate 600 delegates and will create 35 jobs. It is likely to be approved after the National Park Authority recommended it. But its size, location and design have caused controversy, with Friends of the Lake District arguing its look is too 'urban'.
