New Burnley chairmen 'will not risk financial stability'
by Dan HewittNew Burnley co-chairmen John Banasz-Kiewicz and Mike Garlick say they want the team to improve on last season's 13th place finish in the Championship, but not at the risk of the club's financial stability.
The two businessmen, both life-long Burnley's fans, insist they will continue former Chairman Barry Kilby's legacy of 'not betting the ranch' in order to achieve the ultimate goal of Premier League football.
The pair were today officially unveiled at Turf Moor, and replace Kilby after he ended his 13 year stay at the Burnley helm the end of last season following a long battle with cancer.

Burnley Football Club will hold a press conference with new joint-chairmen Mike Garlick and John Banaskiewicz at 2pm.
This press conference will be the first available opportunity for the two men to outline their visions in the new roles.
It will take place in the Chairman's Lounge at Turf Moor.
