A man's due to appear in court today accused of murdering his parents.

Police charge son with murder of his parents in Sale
Police have charged 45-year-old Stephen Seddon - also known as Nic - with murder and attempted murder after his parents were found dead. Police discovered the bodies of Pat and Bob Seddon in the living room of their house in Sale last Friday. A gun was found nearby.
Stephen Seddon, from County Durham, is due to appear before Manchester Magistrates Court tomorrow.
Police given more time to question son over gun deaths of parents in Sale
Police have until this afternoon to finish questioning a man arrested on suspicion of murdering his parents. The bodies of Pat and Bob Seddon were discovered by police in their living room at home on Clough Avenue, Sale, last Friday.
Both had single gunshot wounds, and a gun was found nearby. Their son Stephen Seddon - also known as Nic, a 45-year-old businessman from County Durham, was arrested at his home on Saturday evening.
Police successfully applied to a magistrate on Tuesday to keep him in custody for a further 36 hours. A second extension was then granted which will elapse this afternoon.

Detectives in Manchester have been given another 36 hours to a question a son arrested on suspicion of murdering his parents in Sale.
Stephen Seddon, 45, was arrested at his home near in Seaham, County Durham on Saturday.
His parents, 68-year-old Bob and Patricia, 65, were found dead at their home on Clough Avenue, Sale, on Friday. Both of them had been shot.
